Our Chia Pudding recipe is perfect for those in the foodservice industry looking to offer a healthy, superfood-packed dish. This chia pudding is not only rich in omega-3s, fiber, and protein but also extremely easy to prepare using our convenient frozen drops.
Ingredients for 1 serving
- 15g (2 tablespoons) of chia seeds
- 135g (7 tablespoons) of our smoothie bowl drops
- Optional: 20ml Water (15% of smoothie bowl drops)
Preparation
Step 1: Mix the Chia and Frozen Drops
- For single servings, combine 15g of chia seeds with 135g of Frozen drops
- For larger batches, combine 1kg of Cubenv’s frozen drops with 110g of chia seeds in a large container.
Step 2: Leave Overnight
Let the mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and swell, creating a thick, creamy pudding texture.
Step 3: Stir in the Morning
In the morning, give the chia pudding a good stir to break up any clumps and ensure even consistency.
Optional: add the water to the defrosted drops and chia and give it a stir. Add water for a less thick pudding
